Job Responsibilities
- Respond to, and follow up on comments, enquiries and orders online.
- Forward Order Details to Production and communicate deadlines.
- Remind Production on customer deadlines
- Ensure deliveries are sent out and timelines are met.
- After Sales Follow up.
- Daily Sales Reports.
- Post content on social media platform
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a relevant qualifications with 2-4 years work experience.
