Job Position: Customer Satisfaction Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
We are in search of a dedicated Customer Care Representative who will be responsible for:

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.
  2. Acting as a bridge between the company and its customers.
  3. Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries while identifying sales opportunities that can convert into new customers.
  4. Assessing and understanding customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Efficiently resolving any issues or challenges that customers may encounter, providing timely solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  6. Building lasting relationships and fostering trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  8. Carrying out any other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of an (HND) in Management Studies, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.

  1. A proven track record of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

  6. A deep appreciation for the value of strong communication skills.
  7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  9. Patience, empathy, and effective, empathetic communication skills are essential qualities for this role.
