Job Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, messages, and inquiries politely and professionally.
  2. Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  3. Assist customers with resolving complaints, concerns, and account-related issues.
  4. Record customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  5. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  6. Support the team in achieving daily and weekly customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Good listening skills and a strong sense of empathy.
  5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customers effectively.
  6. Experience in a fintech lending or financial service environment is an added advantage.
  7. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N120,000 monthly Net.
