Job Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, messages, and inquiries politely and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Assist customers with resolving complaints, concerns, and account-related issues.
- Record customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Support the team in achieving daily and weekly customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills and a strong sense of empathy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customers effectively.
- Experience in a fintech lending or financial service environment is an added advantage.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N120,000 monthly Net.
