Job Position: Customer Service Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client, an Islamic Lifestyle Brand require the services of Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the team with day-to-day operations and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attending to customer queries and questions in a timely and professional manner across Instagram and WhatsApp.
  2. Attending to walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Ensuring that the store is tidy at all times and products are clean.
  4. Preparing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and giving full disclosure on delivery timelines.
  5. Following up with customers to ensure goods have been received in good condition.
  6. Liaising with delivery agents to ensure goods are delivered in a timely manner.
  7. Providing quotations and checking product availability.
  8. Handling payment transactions and confirming said transactions before fulfilling orders.
  9. Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-2 years experience.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  3. Attention to detail and initiative.
  4. Good customer service skills coupled with an ability to handle difficult customers.
  5. Ability to work long hours and under pressure.
  6. Flexibility.
  7. Organizational skills.
  8. Excellent computer skills.

Salary
N80,000.00 / Month.
