Job Position: Customer Service Engineer / Technical Help Desk

Job Location: Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a skilled customer help desk engineer who will assists clients with any issues involving their printer, copier and scanner.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Mandatory regular/scheduled client visits – Lease/Click, AMC, New Installations & Final sign off
  2. Installation and maintenance of MFPs
  3. Networking of Kyocera MFPs and management of printer servers and data base.
  4. Corrective and preventive maintenance of MFP
  5. Ensure monthly Preventive Maintenance plans are strictly adhered to
  6. To provide BASIC LEVELS of Technical Support
  7. communication via emails, what’s app, customer resource Service Software package & other communication methods as and when required

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science or any engineering related course.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service engineer/ technician help desk Technician.
  3. Good knowledge of copier and printer technology.
  4. To provide BASIC LEVELS of Technical Support
  5. good customer satisfaction record and
  6. experienced & skilled at building relationships across organizations Exceptional report writing and
  7. interpersonal communication skills
  8. Adept at maintaining focus on achieving bottom-line results.
