Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Gamak World and Wellness Clinic, Lagos
Summary
We are looking for a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team.
This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent client service.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle patient records, files, and confidential details
- Schedule appointments and follow up on bookings
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely communication
- Provide general support to the clinic’s wellness programs and services.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
