Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

If you’ve got 1 – 2 years’ experience in Telecommunications/ISP customer service, a graduate Degree (Science preferred), and you’re NYSC certified, then this is your moment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Be the front-line hero handling inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, always with a courteous, professional tone.
  2. Turn problems into praise by resolving complaints and following up until every ticket is closed and every customer feels valued.
  3. Stay in the know about products, promotions, and policies – because information is power.
  4. Collaborate like a pro with sales, technical, and operations teams to fix complex issues fast.
  5. Track, report, and improve – because great service is a team sport, and numbers tell the story.

Requirements

  1. You know your way around Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, IoT, and Smart Solutions (or can learn fast!).
  2. You’re an excellent communicator – spoken, written, and everything in between.
  3. Critical thinker, quick problem-solver, and always customer-focused.
  4. Team player with integrity, resilience, and the ability to keep cool when the heat is on.
