Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A reputable Bank is in search of a Customer Service Executive, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat etc
  2. Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
  3. Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance
  4. Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion
  5. Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner
  6. Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
  7. Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service.
  8. Manage large volume of customer calls in friendly and courteous manner.
  9. Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service.
  10. Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / BSc Degree from a reputable institution
  2. Must have completed NYSC
  3. Minimum of 1 year of banking experience
  4. Not more than 27years
  5. Candidate must be very smart and articulate
  6. Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
  7. Good interpersonal and team work skills
  8. Professional, able to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior.
