Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Handle incoming phone traffic; ensuring callers get to the appropriate person to assist them, assist in scheduling customer appointments, updating customers on current repairs, etc.
  2. Greet people that enter the office
  3. Assist in preparing final billing
  4. Manage repair schedule and distribute work load
  5. Handle updating customers on the status of their vehicles at certain points in the repair process
  6. Prepare folders for delivery of vehicles back to customers
  7. Assist in final delivery of vehicles back to customers; walk them through the repairs and paperwork.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales.
  • A computer literate with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven record of success in customer-facing roles and in providing customer services.
  • Basic automobile/technical knowledge and skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, willingness to learn and work.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
