Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  1. As the first point of contact for most clients, endeavor to answer telephone inquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. This also includes monitoring & control of visitors.
  2. Provide support to the Sales/Marketing/Logistics Team.
  3. Prepare Sales Advice/Quotations/Invoices/Delivery notes and marketing materials and standard letters.
  4. Liaise with vendors & third Parties regarding the administration of the sales process.
  5. Update company databases and may include current customer accounts.
  6. Participate in key result areas and KPI review processes to establish areas for improvement.
  7. Achieve planned reporting time in quality and timeliness.
  8. Achieve a savings plan for the company.
  9. Manage relations with employees to guarantee a stressful free-working environment.
  10. Ensure proper use and upkeep of company property.
  11. Follow-up on all shipments to ensure that we meet the service standard agreed to us with the client.
  12. Carry out any other assignment as may be given by the MD, and Head of Operations.
  13. Personally represent the TekniTeed brand professionally and ethically at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
