Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses, efficient resolution of inquiries/complaints, and delivering excellent service that strengthens customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and business development teams in client engagement.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ proven experience in customer service or tele-sales (experience in logistics/e-commerce is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
