Job Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE) – 4 Openings
Locations: Akure – Ondo, Abakiliki – Ebonyi, Ilorin – Kwara & Ekiti

Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for Ticketing and Reservations, check-in, boarding and Baggage services.

The Customer service executive reports to the Station Manager and are assigned the responsibility of exercising efficient and effective sales, check-in, boarding and baggage services of all United Nigeria Airlines Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensures Tickets are not sold on credit
  2. Adheres strictly to all Ticketing Time Limit requirements established by United Nigeria.
  3. For all Ticket purchases, all payments must be in cash or credit cards before the ticket is issued
  4. Ensures updates with relevant information regarding flight schedules, Flight timing and fares
  5. Ensures all necessary tools/materials needed for reservation and ticketing, check-in, and Boarding are available and ready for use before commencement of duty
  6. Ensures receipts, tickets, and ticket jackets are available at all times; if not, make a timely request to the supervisor
  7. Ensures the daily flight program is readily available
  8. Ensures check-in, sales, and boarding of passengers are carried out according to United Nigeria SOP
  9. Ensures sales, excess baggage charge reconciliation at the end of daily operations
  10. Ensures intending passengers hold a valid ticket before check-in and boarding.
  11. Ensures valid identification before check-in
  12. Generate the passenger manifest and make sure it goes with the flight
  13. Attends to any other duty assigned by the supervisor

Experience & Qualifications

  1. HND or B.Sc in any discipline
  2. A higher degree will be an added advantage.
  3. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the relevant field.
  4. Must be able to work late hours and multitask.

  12. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
