Job Position: Customer Service Intern

Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  1. Interact with customers and to make customers feel welcome and comfortable
  2. Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions
  3. Support in resolving customer complaints.
  4. Follow instructions
  5. Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 3 years work experience.
  2. Computer literate.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Curiosity.
  5. Communication.
  6. Confidence and firm, yet respectful.
