Job Position: Customer Service Intern
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Receive all correspondence and calls on behalf of the organisation.
- Assist customers with requests at center and on the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services.
- Good Customer Relation
- Educate customers about current technologies & capital assets.
Job Requirements
- OND, HND / B.Sc in any recognized tertiary institutions.
- Little or no previous working experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
