Job Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service throughout the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  2. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  3. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  4. Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  5. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  6. Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  7. Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  8. Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  9. Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  10. Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  11. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
  3. Must have 5 years of experience in customer services.
  4. Promixity to gwarimpa is necessary.
  5. Experience in providing customer service support
  6. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  7. Proficiency in English
  8. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  9. Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  10. Ability to think strategically and to lead
  11. Strong client-facing and communication skills
  12. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  13. Customer service orientation.

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
