Datom Consulting Limited – Our client, a Fashion company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide assistance to the customer success team.
  2. Contribute to departmental goals and help identify areas of improvement.
  3. Provide strategic support in identifying new development channels.
  4. Follow up and maintain good communication with Clients.
  5. Perform any other tasks relevant to business and departmental goals as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.

Skills and Qualities:

  1. Ability to work in both large and small teams.
  2. Ability to carry out tasks in accordance with defined procedures and instruction.
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  4. Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
  5. Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, and must have the ability to document and present clearly.
  6. Ability to communicate orally with vendors, clients, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial.
  7. Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
  8. Female preferably for gender balance.

Salary
N140,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
