Davidorlah Farms is a pineapple farm estate developer and management service company that specialises in pineapple farming and distribution of all kinds of fresh fruits/healthy fruits and vegetables in Nigeria.

Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  10. Experience in converting to sales
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 years of experience.
  2. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  3. Comfortable using computers.
  4. Experience working with customer support.

Salary
N120,000 – N130,000 per month.
