E-Terra Technologies Limited is the first indigenous electronic waste recycling company in Nigeria. Our area of specialty is the eco-friendly management of electronic waste (e-waste), hazardous and non-hazardous, using integrated state-of-the-art technologies. Our business is more than collecting & gathering electronic waste (e-waste). The core business is the effective, eco-friendly management of e-waste utilizing cutting-edge technology. We shall refurbish or recycle the electronic waste using eco-friendly methods of decomposition and rejuvenation.

Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Executive Assistant

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  8. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the services, pricing and availability.
  9. Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
  10. Enter and manage data of old and new customers on company’s data base.
  11. Assist the Business Development Unit and Directors in executing their day-to-day duties;
  12. Support the Business Development Executives in carrying out their duties;
  13. Participate in relevant brainstorming sessions business meetings (internal & external);
  14. Indirect marketing and sales

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / BSc in any related course
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a customer service representative
  3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  4. Numeric, oral, and written language applications.

Competency And Skills Requirement:

  1. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  2. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  3. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  4. Excellent teamwork skills.
  5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to details.
  6. Proximity to Yaba.

Remuneration
Salary is N60,000 Monthly, plus other benefits and sales Commission.
