Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a customer service officer to manage customer queries, complaints and answering phone calls.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet clients to the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose for the visit.
  2. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  3. Meet personal/sales targets and call handling quotas.
  4. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  5. Respond to inquiries regarding available properties and property prices in different areas.
  6. Schedule appointments between clients based on the availability and convenience.
  7. Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out.
  8. Assist clients in filling out client personal information forms and ensure that all such documents are confidentially filed.
  9. Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients.
  10. Provided support in clients and managing meetings by taking and recording minutes.

Job Requirements

  1. BA / B.Sc / HND or relevant qualification.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  3. Applicant must be a female
  4. Applicant must reside in port harcourt.
  5. Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturdays).
