Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a customer service officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.
  2. As the customer service officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.
  3. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  2. Direct customers to online resources
  3. Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  4. Pitch ideas for improving customer care
  5. Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
  6. Attend weekly staff meetings
  7. Participate in team-building activities
  8. Develop a rapport with customer
  9. Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years’ of experience using Microsoft Office
  • In depth knowledge of office equipment
  • Previous experience in an the role or a similar role
