George Houston is currently seeking to recruit a vibrant and suitable Customer Service Officer for her client, a leading Building products & Interior Decoration Company located in Jibowu, Lagos.

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Jibowu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  6. Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  7. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  10. Go the extra mile to engage customers
  11. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  12. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  13. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  14. Cancel or upgrade accounts
  15. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  16. Advise on company information
  17. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  18. Place or cancel orders
  19. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  20. Act as the company gatekeeper
  21. Suggest solutions when a product malfunction
  22. Handle product recalls
  23. Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
  24. Inform customer of deals and promotions
  25. Sell products and services
  26. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  27. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  28. Close out or open call records
  29. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  1. HND / BSc in any Discipline
  2. Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  3. Smart, intelligent & matured
  4. Good Communication Skill
  5. Excellent Writing Skill
  6. Female
  7. AGE – 28- 35years
  8. Must reside around jibowu, surulere, mushin, yaba, onipanu and its environs

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
