Job Position: Customer Service Officer / Cashier

Job Locations: Ipaja, Abule Egba and Ojodu – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. As a Customer Service Officer, you would be involve in offering sales support, resolve complaints, attend to enquiries, up and cross sell to customers (walk-in and on-line).
  2. Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines.
  3. Solving all product or service related issues of the customers.
  4. Keeping a proper record of the customers.
  5. Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
  6. Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.

Job Requirements

  1. OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years of work experience.
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  8. Previous experience working in a confectionery company is an added advantage.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
