Job Position: Cashier / Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Abule-Egba, Ajao and Egbe – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
  2. Ensure pricing is accurate.
  3. Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
  4. Issue receipts, and refunds.
  5. Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
  6. Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
  7. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate should possess a First Degree.
  2. Possess 1 – 2 years work experience.
  3. Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales would be an added advantage.
  4. Basic computer knowledge.
  5. Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
  6. Good accounting skills.
  7. Strong communication and time management skills.
  8. Customer satisfaction-oriented.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / month.
