Owens and Xley Consults – Our client, a Kitchen Brand located in Yaba, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive and respond to inquiries via phone calls, emails, and social media (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs).
  2. Process online transactions, communicate orders to the kitchen team and follow through on delivery of items ordered to the clients.
  3. Upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services to clients through all communication channels.
  4. Follow up on potential clients to explain company products & service offerings and encourage purchases in line with the company’s policies.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled client orders, and client complaints.
  6. Keep accurate records of all clients’ data (names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
  7. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  8. Ensure client satisfaction at all times by promptly attending to their specific needs.
  9. Follow up on clients to get post-service delivery feedback.
  10. Receive, resolve or escalate client complaints to the operations manager.
  11. Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc / HND in a related field.
  2. Certification from a culinary school is a key requirement
  3. Minimum of one (1) year experience as a sales or client service associate. Previous experience managing social media is an added advantage.
  4. Use of graphics design tools such as Canva is an added advantage.
  5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools.
  6. Must have a pleasant personality
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  8. High level of professionalism
  9. Ability to work independently and with flexibility.
  10. Must display creativity and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  11. Must have a strong command of the English language and display this whilst speaking to clients.
  12. Must be courteous at all times.
  13. Must display a willingness to assist team members even when it is out of the scope of work
  14. Must be female
  15. Must be within the age range of 21-25 years.

Remuneration
N80,000 Monthly.
