Job Position: Customer Service Officer (2 Openings)
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support the sales team with order processing and client follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in any field
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical sales environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Professionalism and the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems, or medical terminology is an added advantage.
