Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Providing accurate information to new and existing clients.
  2. Ensuring that clients are satisfied with services rendered.
  3. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
  4. Escalating queries and concerns.
  5. Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions.
  6. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  7. Responding promptly to clients inquiries.
  8. Communicating with clients through various channels.
  9. Acknowledging and resolving client’s complaints.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Mass Communication, English, Estate Management.
  • 0 – 1 year experience.
  • Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
  • Great organization and coordination ability.
  • Team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Effective time management skills.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N100,000 Monthly.
  • Perks: Pension.
