Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.
This role requires someone who loves creating great customer experiences and can confidently lead a small front-of-house team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Welcome customers warmly and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and production teams for timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and product display standards.
- Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in customer service (preferably in a bakery, café, or hospitality environment).
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work weekends or holidays when needed.
