HMN manufactures and distributes a wide range of motorbikes, portable generators, water pumps, and general-purpose engines from its cutting-edge production facility at KM 6 on the Ota-Idiroko Road in Ota, Ogun State.

Job Position: Customer Service Personnel (Field Technician – Motorcycle and Power Product)
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and analyse market trends and customer feedback related to motorcycles and power products.
  2. Handle customer complaints and technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  3. Manage warranty applications and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Provide accurate product information and support across customer channels.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  7. Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
  8. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  9. Work closely with sales and product teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on product features, specifications, and market developments

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the motorcycle or power products sector.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  5. Proficiency in using customer support software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
