Job Position: Customer Service Relationship Officer (Female)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our other products and services, process orders, prepare invoices and quotations, ensure total client event satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  5. Preparing proposals, quotations and invoices for clients, attending meetings and events

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  2. Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  3. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  6. Go the extra mile to engage customers
  7. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  8. Provide customers with proposals, quotations, invoices and receipts
  9. Maintaining and updating customer databases
  10. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  11. Generate sales leads
  12. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  13. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  14. Preparing proposals, quotations and invoices for clients, attending meetings and events
  15. Update event calendar

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • 1 year experience as a customer service relationship officer
  • Proven customer support experience will be an added advantage
  • Experience in the event industry will be an added advantage
  • Should be proficient in the use of MS office.
  • Should not be above 30 years.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  1. Good organizational skills, planning skills and very Creative
  2. Ability to work under pressure
  3. Excellent communication and written skills
  4. Ability to work as a team player
  5. Proficient in the usage of Microsoft office
  6. Excellent interpersonal relationship with clients.

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 / month.
