Ampsolve Limited is a licensed GPS vehicle tracking company. We install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles. We are also a licensed vendor for the Federal Road Safety Corps. We install Speed limiters on commercial vehicles. We have been in operation since 2018, when we started as a safety company and gradually grew to where we are now.

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Anthony, Maryland, Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage with customers to promote our products/services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  2. Respond to emails professionally and promptly
  3. Maintain customer satisfaction and manage complaints effectively
  4. Use Microsoft Office applications efficiently
  5. Update the spreadsheet daily
  6. Attend Meetings on behalf of Ampsolve
  7. Send a Weekly report
  8. Follow up on the invoice
  9. Follow up on payment
  10. Follow up on renewal
  11. Send the necessary documents to the clients
  12. Send out Renewals monthly
  13. and other functions as determined by the company

Job Requirements

  1. HND or OND / B.Sc Degree
    Excellent spoken and written English
  2. Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional attitude
  3. High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
  4. Resident in Maryland / Ketu / Onipani / Anthony environs.
