Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcome customers and take orders
  2. Collection of payments and maintain dairy inventory
  3. Answer to client questions and enquires
  4. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain the work area is clean
  5. Organize, stock, and maintain store appearance
  6. Communicate with team members on shop performance and provide feedback for further shop improvements

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum OND from a reputable institution
  2. Experience: 1- 2 years experience as a customer service representative
  3. Candidate must be able to hold healthy conversations
  4. Candidate must be agile and have good welcoming skills
  5. Proximity to highlighted location is an added advantage.

Salary
N63,000 Monthly
