Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Allen, Lagos

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Lagos. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a reputable firm.
  2. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
  5. Previous customer service experience is required.
  6. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  7. Must be available to resume immediately.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
