Job Summary

Brint Online School, a leading provider of innovative online learning solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice supporting parents, students, and tutors, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
  2. Resolve customer complaints related to course access, payments, and scheduling.
  3. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
  4. Collaborate with tutors and operations teams to escalate and follow up on issues.

Requirements

  1. HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; certification in customer service is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 2 years in customer service
  3. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  4. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
