Job Summary

We’re seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our restaurant offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, serving high-quality cuisine to our valued customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  2. Resolve customer complaints and feedback
  3. Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification / BSC with 3 – 5  previous years as a customer service officer.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain patience

Desirable:

  1. Hospitality certification or training
  2. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  3. Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety protocols
