Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
  3. Conduct inspections of items for defects and report issues as necessary.
  4. Keep detailed and organised records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  5. Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with accuracy.
  6. Prepare all required shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  1. OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
  2. 1-3 years of work experience.
  3. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  5. Proven customer support or experience as a customer service representative.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
