Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ojota, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
- Conduct inspections of items for defects and report issues as necessary.
- Keep detailed and organised records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with accuracy.
- Prepare all required shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Proven customer support or experience as a customer service representative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
