Job Position: Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
  2. Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
  3. Act and communicate proactively, keeping customers informed.
  4. Address root causes and seek continuous improvements in our processes.
  5. Closely Work with other functions, sharing knowledge and best practice.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Qualification: BSc
  2. Experience Level: Entry level
  3. Experience Length: 0 to 2 years
  4. Good use of English and fluency.
  5. Customer centricity is a key requirement.
  6. Take full responsibility for following up with clients
  7. Location: Candidates must reside within Lagos Island.
