Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  3. Maintain clients’ accounts by processing customer adjustments
  4. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  5. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  6. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  7. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  8. Meet personal/team sales targets and call-handling quotas
  9. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  10. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  11. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  2. At least 3 years experience in sales
  3. Prior experience as a salesperson in telecommunication.
  4. Proximity to Ikeja and its environs
  5. Male preferably.

Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 / month.
