Job Position: Front Desk Officer / Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  2. Greet and welcome guests
  3. Answer questions and address complaints
  4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  5. Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
  6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  7. Check, sort and forward emails
  8. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  9. Keep updated records and files
  10. Monitor office expenses and costs
  11. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  12. Generate sales leads
  13. Build sustainable relationships and trust with prospects through open and interactive communication
  14. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  15. Closely work with client service team to meet sales targets and call-handling quotas
  16. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  17. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  18. Take the extra mile to engage clients
  19. Liaison with stakeholders: client services team, clients, IT, head of departments and CEO etc.
  20. Auxiliary function (applicable to all staff)

Salary 
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
