Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Sell and issue of tickets to passengers/ customers.
  2. Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, organization’s policies and procedures.
  3. Deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and co-workers.
  4. Respond to customer enquiries with accurate up-to-date information.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any related discipline
  • 0-2 years work experience.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must reside preferable around Ajah and it’s environs.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English Language. (Knowledge of a Nigerian language will be an added advantage).
