Our services includes importation of Genuine Toyota spare parts from very reliable sources, Distribution of Quality spare parts and Utra modern motors repair workshop services at minimum cost.

Job Position: Customer Service Representative & Service Advisor

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish report with and provide outstanding care to the customer
  2. Assist in preparation of estimate/Proforma invoices
  3. Produce job cards on in-house computer system
  4. Book in customer vehicles for servicing
  5. Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles, liaise regularly with the customer and workshop controller (Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames.

Job Requirements

  1. A good Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Good knowledge in computer application software (i.e MS Office suites including Excel,Powerpoint,Ms project)
  3. Knowledge in Electronic Part catalogue (EPC) is an added advantage
  4. Technically inclined and able to identify spare parts and their general functions
  5. Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills
  6. Commitment to work overtime when needed
  7. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. Must be able to work under pressure
  9. High Level of professional integrity
  10. Strong work ethic
  11. People friendly and team player
  12. Should have a driving license.
