Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities list:

  1. Manage incoming phone calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
  5. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND, BSC.
  2. Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary
Monthly income of N120,000.
