Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative to attend to walk-in customers, promote products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend to customers in the store and provide excellent service.
  2. Promote and explain product features and benefits to customers.
  3. Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
  4. Record daily sales and provide accurate reports.
  5. Keep the sales area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  6. Assist in inventory checks and restocking when needed.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  2. Must reside around Lekki, as there is no accommodation.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
