Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable sales/customer service representative to join our web design sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing clients
- One-on-one interaction with a prospective client (if required)
- Generate new sales online or offline
- Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
- Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients
- Daily report to management team
- Customer service support
- Manage the company’s social media accounts
Job Requirements
The preferred candidate must have:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years experience.
- Outstanding knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
- Good communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Good writing and typing skills
- Good knowledge of Internet
- Strong sales background
- Outstanding telemarketing skills
- Outstanding customer support skills
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
- Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Option to work from home
- Preferred candidates MUST have good knowledge of web design industry with marketing experience and live within Ajah, Lagos or surrounding areas.
Salary
N60,000 – N100,000 / month.
