Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend to online customers promptly and professionally
  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and enquiries
  3. Manage order processing and follow up with customers
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  5. Provide product information and support to clients
  6. Ensure proper communication between customers and the operations team
  7. Manage social media enquiries and respond appropriately
  8. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
