Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Locations: Delta, Anambra, Benin – Edo and Kaduna

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
  2. Assist clients on order-on-line
  3. Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
  4. Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
  5. Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
  6. Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
  7. Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff in our Bespoke department.
  8. Assist customers with after-sales service issues
  9. Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
  10. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
  11. Maintain and update regular client correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND with 1-3 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / month.
