Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

  1. Effectively interact with users, including both verbal and written communication (the main language of communication with the clients is German)
  2. Safeguard data, ensuring confidentiality and security
  3. Adherence to legal regulations and company standards
  4. Paying attention to detail and precision when carrying out tasks
  5. Continuous updating of knowledge and skills in line with industry and regulatory changes
  6. Only inbound calls, no outbound calls, chats or emails required.
  7. No customer support or complaint handling required. Simply guide the user through all necessary steps

Job Requirements

  1. Previous experience in customer service-based roles is considered an advantage, but no work experience is required. You will be surrounded by our attention and support in order to enter the new role and team as comfortably as possible
  2. Conversational German and English (knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese or Turkish would be a strong asset). Please, note that the main language of communication with the clients is German.
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Ability to navigate a large amount of information
  5. Able to have days off during the week instead of the weekend
