Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage incoming phone calls
  2. Generate sales leads
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  6. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  7. Assist in the planning and delivery of surprise and gift items.
  8. Serves as a basic source of information to clients on style, format, materials, price and services available
  9. Receives, sorts, prioritizes and processes orders for delivery
  10. Assists in execution of surprises and decorations
  11. Maintains the order of work area.

Job Requirements

  1. High School Diploma / Minimum of OND in any management course
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  9. Ability to learn new skills fast
  10. Decoration/ party planning experience is a plus
  11. Must be jovial and fun
  12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range
N30,000 – N50,000 / month
