Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Description

TMAsourcing Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Male) for a food and logistics company in Isolo.

The ideal candidate will handle walk-in and online customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth shipment documentation and processing.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries.
  2. Provide accurate details on shipping rates, timelines, and services.
  3. Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  4. Maintain proper customer and transaction records.
  5. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  6. Support shipment processing, packaging, and documentation.

Requirements

  1. OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  2. 1 – 3 years’ experience in customer service (preferably logistics/shipping).
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  5. Must live within Isolo or nearby areas.
  6. Must be 20–27 years old and willing to work on weekends.

Salary
N130,000 monthly.

  1. HMO after 6 months.
