Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Kado Estate, Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Welcome incoming clients warmly into the Showroom introducing products and services
- Attend to all inquiries online, at the showroom and on phone executing excellent knowledge of Vitra / Woodscope products and services
- Preparing quotations using MS Excel for presenhtation and payments
- Using office POS Machine/Bank transfers to collect payments and send to Accounts Department for processing
- Prepare Invoice orders using Microsoft NAV software and send to the warehouse appropriately for collection of goods paid for
- Cordinating and sortingShowroom pick ups by instructing the office assistants and cleaners to help client with items from showroom to thier vehicles
- Multitasking when instructed to assist other departments when applicable
- Type official documents using MS Word while sending official mails and reports via Email
- Send daily and weekly reports on official Teams Google sheets
- Meet up to set monthly targets by being proactive and productive
- Attend scheduled trainings and represent the Company during Conferences and Exhibitions
- Being a good Team player for the growth of the Company.
Job Requirements
- Candidate Must be Female from (25-30 years of age) and reside withing the FCT Environs.
- Candidate should be a Graduate with a BSc in relevant courses, Candidates with a B.Sc in Engineering or Quantity Survey are at an advantage for the position
- Candidate should have a Customer Service Experience in a showroom for about 2 years at least
- Candidate should speak Fluent English and have good Etiquette, should have proper Grooming Appearance
- Having experience in a Wood/Furniture Company would be added advantage.
Required Technical Skills:
- Candidate Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and be able to Navigate the Internet space
- Able to operate a PC.
Salary
N70,000 – N85,000 / month.
