  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our players. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure a smooth gaming experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist players with account-related questions, payment issues, and game-related concerns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Educate customers on gaming rules, responsible gaming policies, and platform features.
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and improve user experience.
  • Stay updated on company promotions, policies, and gaming regulations.

Requirements

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000
